Parties

These terms govern purchases from ODOD LLC (“AVENOR”, “we”), 4301 Blalock Rd, Ste 100, Houston, TX 77041, by business customers. Products on this site are sold for professional and resale use only.

Accounts and pricing

Trade accounts are for businesses; we may verify and decline applications. Prices shown to accounts are per kilogram in US dollars, exclusive of freight, duties and taxes, and may change until an order is confirmed by us in writing.

Orders

Minimum order 50 kg per shipment (mix any bases, 1 kg pouches). A purchase-order request or quote request is an invitation to us to confirm; a contract is formed when we confirm the order and payment terms in writing.

Delivery

In stock at our US and local warehouses: ships in 2 business days. Otherwise 35–60 days, and we tell you immediately if there's any delay. Risk passes on delivery to the carrier unless agreed otherwise. Import duties and taxes at destination are itemised in your quote and are the buyer's responsibility unless the quote states otherwise.

Product, storage and claims

Products are ambient-stable, with shelf life and storage instructions on every pouch. Inspect on receipt; notify visible damage within 48 hours and other claims within 7 days of delivery. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of the affected goods.

Intellectual property

AVENOR and the content of this site are the property of ODOD LLC. Formulations are confidential.
