Who we are
AVENOR is a brand of ODOD LLC, 4301 Blalock Rd, Ste 100, Houston, TX 77041. This policy covers avenorfoods.com and the trade portal on it.
What we collect
Inquiry forms: the business and contact details you enter. Trade accounts: name, company, email, phone, password (stored hashed by our commerce platform), orders and quote requests. Site operation: server logs with IP address and request data, kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To answer inquiries, run your account and orders, send quotes and shipping information, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the site, payments, freight and our CRM, each bound to use data only on our instructions; carriers for delivery; authorities where the law requires.
Cookies
A market preference cookie, a session cookie for signed-in accounts, and a cart identifier. No advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted — email cs@avenorfoods.co. Residents of the UK and EU have the rights set out in the UK and EU GDPR; residents of California have the rights set out in the CCPA.
