Freight, duties and taxes

Freight is quoted per order from the declared shipping weight. Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are itemised in your quote before you commit. All pouches are ambient-stable and need no refrigeration in transit.

Damaged or lost shipments

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging before opening and notify cs@avenorfoods.co within 48 hours of receipt. Claims must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.
